Technical Purchasing Manager / Supply Chain Manager 80-100% (m/f/d)

Salary - CHF110,000 - 130,000

Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing Strategy: Development and implementation of efficient purchasing strategies and processes to reduce costs and ensure material availability.

  • Supplier Management: Selection, evaluation and development of suppliers, including negotiations, contract management and continuous monitoring of supplier performance.

  • Purchasing: Procurement of complex mechanical and electronic components

  • Supply Chain Optimisation: Management and optimisation of the entire supply chain from procurement to delivery including import/export, inventory monitoring and cost control.

  • Team Leadership: Leading a small team


Qualifications:

  • Technical education in the industrial sector (mechanical engineering FH/HF, technician, designer, automation engineer, polymechanic or similar)

  • Business further education (Supply Chain Management, MBA, industrial engineering, procurement manager, ...)

  • Experience in procuring complex mechanical and electronic components

  • Proven experience in supply chain management

  • Process-oriented mindset

  • Languages German and English
