Profile
The anaesthesia service of the Regional Hospital of Lugano is the only service in the Canton recognised by the FMH as a category A2 training centre.
The person we are looking for has professional experience as well as motivation, initiative, a collaborative spirit, works independently and at an interdisciplinary level, promoting the skills required by the role of Assistant Anaesthetist.
They believe, as we do, in the importance of placing the patient and their family at the centre of all our attention.
Essential requirements:
- degree/diploma in medicine and surgery. For doctors with foreign qualifications: recognition by the Federal Commission for Medical Professions MEBEKO is mandatory
- proven knowledge of the Italian language (required level at least B2) with registration to MedReg before starting work, desirable knowledge of the other national languages and English
- desirable experience of at least 1 year in Intensive Care or 1 year in Internal Medicine in a Swiss hospital of type A or B (http://www.registre-ifm.ch/default.aspx)
- strong availability and inclination for teamwork
- constructive and proactive attitude
- proficiency in IT tools.
