Job description
The Faculty of Medicine of the University of Geneva benefits from an enriching multicultural dynamic to which it contributes through its influence within the framework of the mandates it has set itself: teaching, research and its partnership with the Geneva University Hospitals (HUG).
As part of a reform project of the first year of the Bachelor of Human Medicine programme at the Faculty of Medicine, working groups have been established. They are under the responsibility of a principal, project leaders, a steering committee and a management committee. The whole mobilises the expertise of about fifty participants from various institutions.
The holder of this position will provide support for this reform project by offering transversal administrative assistance to the project leaders. He/she will actively contribute to the development of the tools necessary for the project, the coordination of activities between the different working groups and committees, the operational follow-up of the project and the drafting of reports.
In this context, we are looking for a:
Secretary 2 at 20%
The main tasks are as follows:
- Operational support for the project
- Administrative management
- Support for report writing
- Support for written communication (emails, newsletter, website)
Required qualifications and skills
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Perfect command of French
- Proficiency in basic office software (Outlook)
- Ability to plan and prioritise tasks
- Solution-oriented
- Writing minutes and meeting summaries
