Our range of services is complemented by nationwide express and freight transport as well as consulting services in the fields of transport and logistics.

To reliably support our employees and customers, we also need an HR department in the background that thinks ahead, takes action, and keeps an overview.

Our HR department is close to the business, close to the employees, and very practically oriented. To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a committed and flexible individual who combines recruiting expertise with a broad interest in operational HR topics.

Your tasks

A key focus of your work is recruiting our employees. You accompany the entire process and ensure that we have the right employees on board at the right time.

• You conduct recruitments independently – from reviewing applications to coordinating and conducting interviews to hiring.
• You accompany new hires from A to Z and organise everything necessary for a successful start. You ensure that the required documents, information, and appointments are prepared in good time.
• For employees from abroad, you also take care of matters such as permits, accommodation, and other organisational questions and support them in settling in Switzerland.
• You handle HR queries independently and are the contact person for employees and managers. For more complex issues, you work closely with the HR team leader.
• You take on tasks in personnel administration and deal with topics related to hourly wages, shift workers, cross-border commuters, and withholding tax.
• You maintain personnel and payroll data carefully and work with our HR systems.
• Depending on workload and interest, you take on further tasks and projects in HR and contribute to the development of our processes.

Your profile

What matters to us is not just your qualification but that you can work independently in HR and take initiative.

Ideally, you bring:

• a further education in HR, for example as an HR specialist with a federal certificate, or a comparable qualification.
• practical professional experience in HR and/or solid experience in recruiting.
• good knowledge of Swiss labour law and social security.
• enough HR practice to assess issues independently and handle them within your responsibility.
• very good German language skills.
• a confident use of digital tools; knowledge of Abacus, Jobalino, or Mobatime is an advantage.
