Production Manager / CNC Programmer (m/f/d)

TO STRENGTHEN OUR TEAM WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Your Tasks

• • Leadership, deployment planning and coordination of a production team of around 6 employees
  • Ensuring timely production of drawing parts with CNC machines
  • Ensuring high availability of production machines
  • Identifying and solving bottlenecks and problems in daily operations, in cooperation with production planning
  • Creating CNC programmes including preparing the associated documentation
  • Manufacturing (milling/turning and grinding) of high-quality machine parts (cast & steel) in small series or as single parts
  • Ensuring orderliness, cleanliness and occupational safety

Your Qualifications

• • Completed basic mechanical training, preferably in the mechanical engineering sector
  • Several years of experience in production in the field of CNC turning and CNC milling
  • Very good knowledge in programming CNC programmes (Esprit experience is an advantage)
  • Experience in personnel and technical leadership of employees
  • Solid experience in production planning
  • Good German language skills, both spoken and written
  • Independent and precise working style, initiative, sense of responsibility and a team player
