About the job

Responsibilities

• Advice and sale of the entire range
• Various daily administrative tasks related to ongoing customer orders, customer enquiries, quotations, online orders
• Daily maintenance of the showroom including the courtyard
• Assistance with showroom design and rearrangements
• Preparing parcels and taking them to the post office
• Helping customers load goods into their vehicles upon collection

Workload and hours

• Workload 60%-70%, i.e. 3 - 4 days per week, Tuesday - Saturday, according to schedule, Saturday fixed
• Working hours Tuesday - Friday: start approx. 09:00, finish approx. 17:30
• Saturday: start approx. 09:30, finish 16:30-17:00

Requirements

• Strong closing sales personality
• Training and experience in interior design, textiles
• Good knowledge of the Sato range, including textile products
• Friendly, courteous and well-groomed appearance
• Ability and willingness to take responsibility
• Committed and proactive. You see the work and take care of it.
• Physically robust: assistance with customer goods collections, showroom rearrangements, and more
• You can handle lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing ladders, ...
• Perfect German skills, spoken and written
• Very good English skills, spoken and written (daily advice in person and by e-mail)
• You feel comfortable in an all-female team
• Ideal age 30-50
