For our day nurseries in the Canton of Zug, we are looking for relief staff as an assistant in care (m/f) - variable workload.

Your main tasks:
• Shared responsibility for children aged from 3 months to kindergarten entry
• Goal-oriented and constructive work according to our pedagogical concept
• Co-creation of daily activities according to the weekly programme
• Shared responsibility for compliance with concepts (hygiene concept, safety/emergency concept)
• Shared responsibility for the care, condition and completeness of play materials as well as for the care and tidiness of the premises

Your profile:
• Joy and patience in dealing with children
• Flexibility, resilience and mobility
• Experience in childcare (advantageous)
• Structured, service-oriented and independent working style, high self-motivation
• Open and responsible personality
• Team player with good communication skills
• Openness to different cultures
• Good oral English language skills (advantageous)
