Are you interested in technology, apps or digital solutions? Do you want to understand how programmes are created that are used daily by many people and how digitalisation projects are implemented? Then the IT apprenticeship "Application Development" is just right for you.
We offer you
- a four-year training with insights into our IT teams
- you will learn the basics in the 1st year at the UBS Education Institute
- from the 2nd year you will programme in a team on real projects - from small tools to more complex applications
- a practical IT training that prepares you for the digital future
- at every assignment, practical trainers who support and accompany you
You will learn programming languages such as Java, Python and C#, test applications and work closely with other developers in the team. During your apprenticeship, you will rotate through the various IT departments of our company and get to know the different tasks as an IT specialist in application development.
Your tasks
- you develop, test and improve software and applications
- you work with modern programming languages, frameworks and tools
- you analyse requirements and help to design solutions
- you fix errors (debugging) and ensure that applications run stably and securely
- you document your work so that others in the team can continue working with it
You bring with you
- completed secondary school with good grades in mathematics, German and English
- great interest in IT, technology and how everything works together in the background
- independent, systematic and precise working as well as networked thinking
- reliability and sense of responsibility
- good manners, enjoyment of teamwork
- perseverance and a cool head (when something does not work immediately)

We require a letter of motivation, a CV, all school certificates, the Multicheck IT specialist EFZ Application Development and other helpful documents from you.
