• You are responsible for the stable operation and technical development of the IT infrastructures of our customers with Windows workplaces, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune.
• You take on complex support cases and technical escalations, analyse cross-system causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• You independently design and implement installations, changes and migrations. In projects, you take technical responsibility for your area and ensure an orderly handover to operations.
• You manage and optimise Hyper-V, network and backup environments as well as identities and permissions. You assess technical dependencies and risks and coordinate collaboration with our specialists if necessary.
• You document solutions, systems and changes comprehensibly, further develop technical standards and optimise recurring processes through standardisation and automation.
• You advise customers on technical solutions, present options for action and agree priorities and next steps bindingly with the team and specialist departments.

• Completed IT apprenticeship, computer science degree or comparable qualification as well as several years of solid experience in system engineering and operation of demanding IT environments.
• Sound knowledge and practical experience in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure and Intune as well as in engineering and operation of Windows clients.
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, group policies, DNS and DHCP as well as in the design and management of identities and permissions.
• Solid practical knowledge in Hyper-V, network and backup. You assess cross-system dependencies and resolve complex error patterns methodically and sustainably.
• A broad generalist profile with in-depth expertise in several of the mentioned technologies. You can independently design, evaluate and further develop technical solutions in operation.
• Proven experience in independently planning and implementing projects, changes and migrations as well as in technical coordination with customers and specialist departments.
• Confident German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
