Anyone who confuses "tax administration" with piles of paper, pencils and sluggish officials is quite mistaken. Your tasks
- Assess withholding tax in a timely, lawful and citizen-friendly manner
- Examine applications for withholding tax refunds according to double taxation agreements
- Maintain oral and written contact with internal and external offices, employers as well as citizens
- Provide telephone and written information to internal and external customers
- Independently handle correspondence and administrative tasks in the assigned area of responsibility
Your profile
- Completed commercial training EFZ or equivalent education (experience in tax matters is an advantage)
- Independent, goal-oriented and committed (co-)work
- Interested and flexible personality
- Efficient and precise working style with a strong service mindset
- Native German speaker and very good oral and written French skills (level B2)
