Building Technician or Heating Installer as Model Author BIM-to-Field (m/f) 80-100%
Your tasks
- You are the link between classical building technology planning and the executing contractor on the construction site
- Creating buildable fabrication models in the areas of sanitary and heating
- Completing the models with fastening technology as well as all necessary information for model-based construction processes
- Close collaboration with planning teams and executing partners
Your qualities
- Openness to new technologies and working methods
- Conviction that the future lies in model-based working processes
- Completed basic training in building technology
- Several years of practical experience on the construction site
- Motivation to actively help shape a novel and future-oriented activity
