For one of our clients in the region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced and reliable personality in the field of payroll. 

Payroll Specialist 100%

Your tasks:

• Independent handling of the monthly payroll processing
• Support and processing of all administrative payroll processes
• Maintenance and control of personnel, payroll and time management data
• Processing of entries and exits as well as changes
• Handling of social insurances, withholding taxes and other payroll-related topics
• Contact person for employees regarding questions about salary and social insurances
• Support of employees and enquiries in German and Italian
• Collaboration with internal HR departments as well as external authorities and insurances

Your profile:

• Commercial basic training, ideally with further education in HR or payroll
• Several years of practical experience in Swiss payroll accounting
• Good knowledge of Swiss social insurance and labour law
• Native German speaker - additional languages are an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with common HR/payroll systems
• Precise, reliable and discreet working style
• Independent and service-oriented personality
