To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Quality Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Basel (Switzerland). In this key position, you will play a major role in ensuring quality, food safety, supplier excellence, and regulatory compliance at an international level.

Your tasks

• Management of supplier qualification and evaluation as well as conducting audits along the entire supply chain.
• Handling international customer and consumer complaints, investigating incidents, and coordinating corrective actions.
• Continuous development and optimisation of our quality management system.
• Responsibility for allergen management and monitoring quality-relevant key figures.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the areas of food labelling, ingredient declarations, allergen labelling, nutritional labelling, and claims.
• Close collaboration with the departments of Quality, R&D, Marketing, and Operations in the development and updating of products.
• Monitoring regulatory developments and assessing their impact on our products and markets.
• Maintaining regulatory documentation and traceability as well as supporting internal and external audits.

Your profile

• Completed studies in food science, food technology, nutritional science, chemistry, biotechnology, or a comparable field.
• Professional experience in quality management within the food industry or a comparable regulated environment.
• Knowledge in regulatory affairs, food law, and labelling review is an advantage.
• Analytical thinking, high attention to detail, and a structured way of working.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with interdisciplinary teams.
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills.
