Product Manager (m/f/d)
You will manage the entire life cycle of life insurance policies, starting with needs analysis, through product design, business case calculation, product implementation in the market in collaboration with marketing and sales partners, to the ongoing adjustment and further development of insurance offerings. A particular focus in this product development process is the analysis of country-specific market conditions (regulations), which have a significant influence on the design of the insurance solution. Sales are conducted via digital channels, for which you define the specifications. A qualification in business administration or insurance and experience in the
development of life insurance policies
You demonstrate strong analytical skills, a systematic working method, initiative, and entrepreneurial thinking. You operate with a high degree of independence within a well-coordinated team. This interface role also requires efficient and skilful coordination between different departments, for which you bring good project management and communication skills. You also have solid English language skills.
