Chapter Lead Product and Channel Management

Within the Product and Channel Management department, we are looking for reinforcement for the newly created role of Chapter Lead. In other words: you!

Your new job

As Chapter Lead, you will lead a group (chapter) of product managers and be responsible for the following tasks:

• Leading the group personnel-wise, developing individual goals with the employees and promoting their achievement
• In close coordination with the lead product managers, conducting check-ins and development dialogues for status assessment, goal setting and further development of employees, as well as planning and accompanying individual development measures
• Ensuring personnel resource planning and coordinating the optimal deployment of chapter employees in teams and projects (resource management)
• Continuously developing the methodological competencies bundled in the chapter as well as the agile way of working
• Actively participating in change processes and helping to shape the development of a learning organisation within the department
• Supporting, advising and collaborating with lead product managers and other stakeholders with methodological expertise in projects

• Several years of experience in the financial industry with sound expertise in product and channel management as well as know-how in the use of modern methods and tools (e.g. agile methods, process management, quality assurance)

• Highly developed conceptual skills, broad experience in project management - preferably agile - as well as targeted communication and presentation skills
• Sound experience in organisational transformation, especially in the areas of strategy implementation and cultural change
• Solution-oriented working style, high self-motivation, enthusiasm and assertiveness
• High social competence and experience in moderation, conflict resolution and change management
