Your Tasks
The management of Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts – Design Film Art is the central hub for a diverse range of operational daily tasks as well as for the further development of our dynamic organisation. It ensures the coordination and smooth running of cross-departmental appointments and processes and organises retreats, conferences, and other internal and external events.
As an executive assistant, you are a central contact person for our internal and external stakeholders. With your organisational talent, service orientation, and sensitivity to different concerns, you contribute significantly to efficient collaboration and a professional appearance of the management.
As an executive assistant, you take on the following tasks:
- You ensure the smooth functioning of all administrative processes in the management and take on general assistance tasks.
- You plan and organise business trips, meetings, internal school events, and conferences, ensuring professional execution.
- You support the implementation of administrative development projects.
- You maintain our internal communication channels and take care of the currency of our personnel and address files.
- To coordinate tasks, you maintain active exchange with the executive assistants of other departments.
Your Profile
- You have a solid education in the commercial field as well as proven experience in assisting executives.
- An additional qualification as an executive assistant would be ideal.
- You communicate confidently in German and English.
- You have a high digital affinity and quickly familiarise yourself with new IT tools and systems.
- You work customer-oriented, proactively, and independently and are discreet and resilient.
