We are looking for a Quality Manager for our client. The internationally active family business is a leading provider of industrial connection technology and develops innovative solutions for various application areas. Your tasks with the new employer:
- You support and accompany the product development team in all relevant quality matters
- You are responsible for the conception, coordination, and implementation of quality planning during product development up to the introduction of series-ready products
- You contribute your expertise in risk analyses and FMEAs, moderate design and process FMEAs, and ensure the timely implementation of the defined measures
- You independently develop and create test concepts and associated specifications for products and processes
- For smooth series deployment, you take over the acceptance and commissioning of test equipment and demonstrate their suitability
- As a consulting authority in quality matters, you support interdisciplinary project teams as well as the development department at the site
You offer your new employer:
- A technical basic education as well as further training as an engineer HF/FH or a comparable qualification
- You can demonstrate several years of experience in quality management or a comparable function
- You are characterised by know-how in statistical methods as well as in risk analysis and assessment (FMEA, FPM, DRBFM)
- Occasional business trips within the European supplier and production network (10%) are natural for you
- You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written (at least C1)
