Your Tasks

• • Technical clarification and processing of service requests from our customers, the internal spare parts service and service technicians on electrical engineering topics.
  • Planning and implementation of electrical engineering modifications within the scope of retrofit and machine conversion projects
  • Analysis and troubleshooting, as well as development of sustainable solution proposals
  • Creation, adjustment and maintenance of electrical circuit diagrams as well as technical documentation
  • Recording, maintenance and updating of parts lists, articles and technical master data in SAP
  • Support with product changes, obsolescence issues and the introduction of successor solutions
  • Close cooperation with the departments Customer Care, Engineering, Purchasing and Production
  • Carrying out commissioning, fault analyses as well as service and support assignments at the customer on site (willingness to travel up to 20%)

Your Qualifications

• • Completed apprenticeship as an automation technician EFZ with several years of professional experience and willingness for further training at the level of a higher technical college (HF)
    or already completed further training at the level of higher technical college (HF) / university of applied sciences (FH/BSc)
  • Experience in the field of electrical design (EPLAN)
  • Knowledge in materials management (SAP / EPLAN)
  • Preferably knowledge in mechanical engineering or handling CNC controls (SINUMERIK 840Dsl / ONE)
  • Structured, methodical way of working
  • Very good German skills, as well as good English skills
  • High flexibility, resilience and a team-oriented personality
