Your tasks

• You are responsible for the operational purchasing of materials and components and ensure timely procurement
• You coordinate and monitor delivery dates as well as the import process and ensure smooth operations
• You maintain and update supplier, article and purchasing data in the ERP system
• You work closely with our warehouse staff and contribute to efficient processes in daily business
• You are the central contact person for our project managers for all purchasing-related questions
• With your structured and solution-oriented working style, you also take on general administrative and organisational tasks in daily business

What you bring

• You have experience in purchasing as well as sound commercial knowledge and understand the internal and external contexts of your work
• Basic electrical engineering knowledge is an advantage
• Good PC skills and interest in digitalisation and process optimisation
• You have an independent, solution-oriented, reliable, structured and precise working style
• You communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing. French skills are an advantage but not a must
• You enjoy working in a small team and are happy to lend a helping hand
