Your field of activity
- Lead timber construction projects from the contract to project completion, including building inspections.
- Plan, control and monitor costs, deadlines and quality in a structured manner.
- Coordinate interfaces between clients, specialist planners, internal departments and external partners.
- Change order management: technical, commercial and contractual, including billing and recalculation.
- Accompany the timber construction implementation with regard to standards, statics, building physics, architecture and quality assurance.
- Together with specialists, you bring the projects step by step into implementation.
Your profile
- Ideally, you have a basic education in the timber construction or carpentry sector.
- Further training as a foreman, HF technician in timber construction or timber construction engineer B.Sc. is a plus. What you do not yet know, you will learn with us.
- Several years of experience in a timber construction company or planning office will help you get started.
- You communicate clearly, enjoy coordinating and can explain technical matters understandably.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Cadwork is helpful.
