Job Description
Are you ready to actively shape the digital transformation of the Swiss industry?
This is what gets you up in the morning:
- You strategically develop our Market Unit Manufacturing, Pharma & Construction further and shape its sustainable growth.
- You position isolutions as the leading Microsoft partner for innovation and digital transformation within your industries.
- You are responsible for building and further developing a strong sales pipeline as well as achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- You maintain long-term relationships at executive and C-level and develop existing customers through cross- and upselling.
- You identify market potentials, develop industry-specific offers and establish innovative use cases – especially in the area of AI.
- Together with our technology and delivery teams, you ensure high customer satisfaction and sustainable customer success.
- You inspire and develop employees, promote collaboration across teams and represent isolutions as a thought leader in the market.
We expect from you:
- Several years of leadership and management experience in the manufacturing, pharma or construction industries.
- Proven success in building business areas as well as developing profitable customer and market portfolios.
- Experience in sales and successful management of complex projects and strategic customer initiatives.
- An existing network at executive and C-level within the relevant industries.
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking as well as a good sense for market opportunities and customer needs.
- Enthusiasm for modern technologies and a strong interest in Microsoft solutions and AI innovations.
- Convincing presence, strong communication skills and very good German and English skills.
