Your main tasks:

- Support of building services (ventilation, air conditioning, heating, fire alarm system, etc.)
- Conducting inspection rounds
- Ticket processing in the Fieldflex tool
- Organization and optimization of workflows
- Internal relocations
- Coordinating maintenance and service work as well as carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work
- Quality controls in cleaning
- Accompanying third-party companies

Your profile:

- Completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ or equivalent
- Professional experience in a similar position with experience in the care of building services systems
- Good PC skills and willingness to work with various tools
- Good German skills in spoken and written form and communicative appearance
- Precise, independent and service-oriented way of working
- Strong organizational skills and high flexibility
