Your new tasks

• Creation, calculation, and adjustment of service offers: including negotiation, follow-up, and customer communication
• You support service sales as well as the sales department for new projects and the associated service offers in Eastern Switzerland
• You independently maintain data in the offer and CRM tool
• In addition, you coordinate service tasks with the technical and project management teams
• Occasionally, you support the Head of Customer Service in training service employees

Your talents and experience

• Completed technical or commercial training
• Ideally, you have experience in building technology
• Affinity for IT topics and digital process solutions
• You have good communication skills and proactively shape teamwork
• You are a personality who can adapt to different target groups
• Good Office skills are required; additional knowledge of SAP would be desirable
• Very good German and (preferably) English skills complete your profile
