Your Tasks

With our clients, you take on assignments in basic and treatment care, taking into account individual needs as well as professional implementation of nursing measures
You accompany and support the nursing assistants, especially in training in professional handling of residents in typical everyday situations
You accompany and support the residents in everyday life, promote their independence and assist them with activities of daily living
You adhere to hygiene and safety regulations according to our internal standards and legal requirements and implement them consistently
You contribute to administration, logistics and work organization, material management and structured daily planning
You assume the professional role and promote teamwork, especially in the interdisciplinary team and in professional interaction with relatives and professionals

What You Bring

You have completed training as an Assistant Health & Social Services (mandatory)
Several years of professional experience in long-term care or home care
You are resilient, flexible and used to working in a team
You enjoy working with residents
You are trustworthy and collegial
