Safety and Customer Advisor in Network Customer Service (m/f/d)

About the job

In this interface role, you are the external and internal contact person for all network connection and electrical installation questions. You manage the installation and house connection services and ensure the house installation inspections in our supply area.


Your tasks

• In this role, you process installation notifications and applications within the framework of the sovereign tasks of the network operator and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• The execution of inspections, technical clarifications, and measurements for the safe and trouble-free operation of electrical systems is part of your responsibilities.
• As a competent contact person, you advise customers, contractors, electrical installers, and architects on house installation technology and work closely with builders and planners.
• You carry out random, periodic, and acceptance inspections, make decisions in the area of control of electrical devices, and ensure the careful maintenance of data in the SAP system.
• With your expertise, you make an important contribution to a safe and reliable energy supply.

• You have completed basic electrical training and ideally hold the Swiss Federal Certificate as an Electrical Safety Advisor.
• Several years of professional experience in electrical installation and electrical inspections as well as sound knowledge of applicable standards and guidelines distinguish you.
• Confident use of MS Office products and good German language skills, both spoken and written, are part of your profile.
• You enjoy working in a team, think customer- and solution-oriented, and convince through your independent and reliable working style.
• In addition, you hold a valid category B driving licence.
