This is you

• Guest care at the highest level: Warm welcome of our guests and ensuring smooth, professional service at the concierge lodge.
• Luxury Standards: Consistent adherence to and active application of Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) as well as Forbes Standards along the guest journey.
• Fulfilling individual wishes: Personal care from recommending local insider tips to restaurant reservations to organising tailor-made experiences in the Engadin.
• Coordination & logistics: Seamless organisation of arrivals and departures, luggage and parking service as well as coordination of all shuttles and transfers.
• Network maintenance: Building and maintaining excellent relationships with local partners, mountain railways, organisers and service providers in the region.
• Interface communication: Ensuring perfect information flow within the concierge team as well as close collaboration across departments.
• Fleet & maintenance: Responsibility for the proper care and preservation of value of the company fleet and the equipment used.

• Professional experience: Several years of practice as a concierge within 5-star hospitality.
• Luxury service standards: Sound knowledge and practical experience in dealing with LQA and Forbes standards.
• Local knowledge & passion: Excellent Engadin regional and local knowledge or the motivation to acquire it quickly.
• Confidence & charisma: Strong host mentality, diplomatic negotiation skills, absolute discretion and a well-groomed appearance.
• Working style & mobility: Independent, highly structured working style, digital affinity and a valid category B driving licence.
• Language skills: Business fluent German and English; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
