Procurement Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Ordering goods and services based on purchase requisitions
- Organising the repair of goods based on purchase requisitions
- Responsible for obtaining quotes from suppliers and optimising their costs
- Managing the assigned stock items
- Maintaining material master data
- Processing dunning lists for order confirmations and delivery dates
Qualifications:
- Technical apprenticeship with completed further training as a procurement specialist with a professional certificate or similar
- Several years of experience in technical procurement
- Solid experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Negotiation and assertiveness skills with a structured working style
- Communication skills and technical flair
