Head of Raw Production 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

As Head of Raw Production (m/f/d), you take responsibility for the entire raw production area

• You control and optimise all production processes in raw production

• The professional and disciplinary leadership of your team is in your hands

• You ensure compliance with quality standards, deadlines and budget requirements

• You actively drive the continuous improvement of workflows and processes

• You work closely with other departments such as work preparation, quality assurance and logistics

• Planning and monitoring production capacities are part of your duties

• You take care of personnel planning and development in your area

What do I need to be successful?

Completed technical degree or master craftsman/technician in mechanical engineering, production technology or comparable

• Several years of professional experience in manufacturing, ideally in raw production (turning, milling, grinding etc.)

• Leadership experience and enjoyment in working with people

• Knowledge of lean management and continuous improvement processes is an advantage

• Assertiveness combined with team spirit and strong communication skills

• Structured and solution-oriented working style

• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally ERP systems
