Tasks
- Provide operative HR support and cover for HR Business Partner absences.
- Assist in the entire Employee Life Cycle, from onboarding to exits.
- Advise and support leaders and employees in HR operational questions.
Skills
- Commercial training and HR qualification or equivalent degree required.
- Experience in operational HR Business Partnering essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP HCM is a plus.

What you can achieve
- Operational HR support for the assigned areas as well as representing the HR Business Partners during absences
- Support throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle (onboarding, development, performance management, and exits)
- Advising and supporting managers and employees on operational HR issues
- Accompanying and supporting specific HR cases, especially long-term absences, reintegration, and labour law matters
- Participation in ongoing HR projects and taking on defined project tasks
- Support in process optimisation and further development of HR processes
- Ensuring compliance with labour law requirements, HR guidelines, and HR processes
- Supporting the Head of HR Business Partnering in day-to-day operations
What you bring with you
- Commercial basic training as well as further education as an HR specialist with a federal diploma or an equivalent degree (in HR management or similar)
- Several years of experience in a comparable role in operational HR Business Partnering
- Change- and ICT-affine, initiative-taking, flexible and proactive personality with an entrepreneurial mindset and approach
- Good MS Office skills and SAP HCM knowledge are advantageous
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; additional language skills in French and/or English are advantageous
- Willingness to travel about 10% to other RUAG locations in Switzerland
