As Project Manager Real Estate Accounting (m/f/d) you take on an exciting role at the interface between real estate accounting, ownership and property management. This is what you will do:

• You coordinate and organise the accounting processes for mandate acquisitions and departures
• You participate in exchanges with owners, property management and internal persons and occasionally conduct these meetings independently.
• You are an important interface between internal and external contact persons.
• You check and post balance sheet takeovers.
• You manage customer accounting and prepare accounting statements for new customers until they are transferred to the operational department
• You maintain the overarching accounting master data
• You are responsible for accounting projects and train the relevant departments.

• A completed commercial apprenticeship is your foundation
• You have preferably deepened your accounting expertise with a relevant further education (CAS Real Estate Accounting, Specialist Certificate in Finance and Accounting, or similar)
• You bring very good knowledge in real estate accounting
• Preferably you already have experience with the ERP system Garaio-REM
• An eye for detail and an independent way of working characterise you.
• You remain structured, communicative and solution-oriented even in hectic moments.
• A hub function with different contact persons as well as precise work are enjoyable for you.
• You have a flair for numbers and are motivated to apply this in the real estate industry.
• Good oral and written expression in German, French knowledge is an advantage
