We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual as Human Resources Manager (m/f/d) 100% for our plant in Zurich Altstetten

• Sparring partner and competent contact person for employees and managers in all personnel-related matters
• Recruitment and acquisition of specialists and executives in close cooperation with the departments
• Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle at the Zurich plant
• Support and further development of talent, performance, and succession processes
• Management and implementation of HR projects as well as continuous optimisation and digitalisation of HR processes
• Trustful and constructive collaboration within the team, with internal stakeholders and employee representatives
• Member of the local management team and central contact person for all HR matters within the area of responsibility

• Several years of experience in HR management in a comparable role, preferably in an industrial environment
• Completed further training in HR management, HR leadership or business administration
• Solid user knowledge of SAP, SuccessFactors and MS Office as well as affinity for further development and digitalisation of HR processes
• Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong sense of responsibility, resilience and high service orientation
• Quick comprehension as well as a structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style
• Assertiveness, tact and high social competence in dealing with different stakeholders
