We process licences for all major international digital music services, audiovisual platforms, as well as for linear broadcasting. Do you enjoy working with numbers but are equally interested in people? In this versatile dual role, you combine both worlds: You independently manage accounts payable and support our HR manager with various tasks related to our employees. You will be part of our Finance and HR teams in an international company.

Your main tasks:

Finance:

• Responsible for the entire accounts payable workflow (supplier invoices) from invoice entry to payment.
• Handling payment transactions domestically and internationally, including creating and checking payment advices
• Managing the expense process including verification, allocation, and posting
• Performing reconciliations in accounts payable
• General support of the finance team in various administrative and accounting tasks, such as reclaiming withholding tax

HR:

• Assisting with personnel administration and recruiting
• Assisting with payroll administration
• Maintaining HR statistics
• Managing the time tracking system
• General support of the HR manager in various operational and strategic activities

Your profile:

• After your commercial training, you have already gained several years of professional experience in various areas of accounting
• You are used to working independently, accurately, and reliably and are characterised as a committed, flexible, and resilient team player.
• You appreciate a varied, broad field of work and can draw on profound expertise and very good Excel skills, which help you remain calm in a dynamic environment and complete your tasks independently.
• You are an open, loyal, and communicative person with a high sense of responsibility, show initiative, and do not lose sight of pragmatic implementation.
• You bring very good German and English skills.
