The contribution you can make
- Assist our predominantly German-speaking clientele by phone and in writing
- Verify client mandates and payment orders, record client data and service performances, and assist with daily accounting entries
- Perform compliance tasks within the scope of the Anti-Money Laundering Act, the FACTA Agreement, the SAI Agreement, and data protection
- Support activities in e-banking and payment traffic, in particular ensuring and optimising collaboration with external IT service providers and reviewing releases
- Prepare reports, checklists, manuals, and information for clients
- Collaborate on CRPF projects
What distinguishes you
- Professional training in the banking sector or commercial training with knowledge of financial services
- Several years of professional experience in financial services, in-depth knowledge of payment traffic, and interest in compliance topics
- Familiarity with current banking applications and digital work tools; awareness of data protection and information security
- Good conceptual and writing skills; independent and responsible working method
- Integrity, performance orientation, team spirit, flexibility, and willingness to attend continuing education courses
- Good knowledge of two official languages
