About the job
For our locations in Pully or Geneva, we are looking for an experienced Lead Sales Banking to drive growth across the banking sector in Romandie.
In this role, you will position our company as a strategic transformation partner for financial institutions and lead the development of high-value client relationships.
You will be responsible for:
• Acquiring new strategic banking clients
• Building and managing executive-level relationships
• Leading complex, multi-year deal cycles
• Expanding key strategic accounts
Your Responsibilities
Shape the Banking growth strategy
• Co-develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the banking sector
• Identify and prioritize target institutions in Romandie
• Map key buying centers including CIO, CTO, COO, CDO, and CRO
Develop executive relationships
• Engage and build trust with C-suite decision makers
• Position our firm as a transformation partner, not a traditional staffing provider
• Lead value-based discussions around efficiency, regulatory compliance, innovation, and revenue growth
Lead complex sales cycles
• Manage multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes
• Lead and shape responses to strategic RFPs
• Develop strong business cases and ROI narratives
• Negotiate and close large, multi-year enterprise agreements
Drive market presence & thought leadership
• Represent the company at banking industry events
• Contribute insights on digital banking transformation
• Strengthen our positioning as a trusted strategic partner in the financial services ecosystem
Your profile
• 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in the banking sector
• Strong network among banking decision makers in French-speaking Switzerland
• Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals
• Fluency in French and English
Industry understanding of:
• Core banking systems
• Regulation, risk and compliance
• Digital transformation in financial services
Familiarity with:
• IT services and system integration
• Data & AI programs
• Cloud transformation
You are a hunter, comfortable engaging executives and navigating complex organizations.
You thrive in long sales cycles and create opportunities rather than waiting for RFPs.
