The Réseau Santé Balcon du Jura (RSBJ) is a major healthcare player in the northern Vaud region. Based in Sainte-Croix, it brings together nearly 320 employees within a local hospital, a nursing home, a medico-social support structure (CAT and LADA), as well as 2 medical practices.
Our mission is clear: to offer the population access to quality, humane, and coordinated care, while developing innovative models that address the challenges of ageing, chronic diseases, and the evolution of the healthcare system.
As part of its development, the RSBJ is seeking its:
Member of the Executive Committee, alongside the Medical Director and the Director of Nursing, you carry the strategic vision of the institution and ensure its overall management.
You lead the necessary transformations for the evolution of the RSBJ, in a demanding environment where excellence in care, economic balance, innovation, and proximity come together.
You develop trusting relationships with cantonal authorities, health network partners, and teams, in a spirit of dialogue, responsibility, and cooperation.

Your profile:
You have solid leadership experience in the healthcare sector and know how to combine strategic vision, leadership, and execution capability.
You benefit from:
Experience in crisis management, cantonal hospital planning, quality management (ISO 9001 or equivalent), as well as sensitivity to integrated care and the challenges of mountain regions will be appreciated assets.
Fluency in French is essential. Knowledge of German and/or English is an advantage.
