Your area of impact

You develop our ICT and digitalization strategy in coordination with management and implement it.
You continuously lead and develop the ICT team and are responsible for the ICT budget.
You ensure a stable, secure, and future-proof IT operation and manage existing sourcing and service partners.
Together with the departments, you identify and realize digitalization projects – from the further development of the application landscape to automations.
You are responsible for IT security, data protection, and compliance with relevant regulations.
You train and sensitize employees in the safe and efficient use of digital tools.

Your profile

You have completed training in computer science or business informatics and bring several years of experience in a comparable leadership role – ideally in an industrial company.
You have solid knowledge in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, interfaces, and IT security.
You confidently lead digitalization projects and manage the project portfolio.
You think entrepreneurially, act with high initiative, and assert yourself clearly and decisively.
You lead your team empathetically, communicate convincingly, and feel comfortable in interdisciplinary collaboration.
