We are looking for you as Head of Operations District (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Koblenz location as soon as possible. As a district manager with foresight, you will take new paths and receive the necessary freedom from us.
Your tasks:
- You are responsible for carrying out all operational measures to ensure safe, punctual, and economical operations
- As the disciplinary leader of the employees in your network district, you continuously lead and promote their individual development
- One of your most important tasks is the consistent adherence to all applicable processes and guidelines
- Planning personnel deployment at operational sites as well as economical annual deployment and holiday planning are also part of your duties
- You are responsible for maintaining contact with public emergency services and organising operational emergency management in your district
- In the event of special incidents on the track, you personally participate in emergency management
Your profile:
- You are already a trained Head of Operations District or Specialist Consultant for Operational Safety and Control (FaBSi) or are willing to obtain the qualification to become a Head of Operations District
- Ideally, you already have training as an emergency manager or are willing to acquire missing qualifications and regularly participate in the on-call duty for emergency management
- You distinguish yourself through your leadership and social skills as well as customer, result, and goal orientation to perform this responsible role
- Your willingness to take responsibility as well as communication, conflict, and assertiveness skills speak for you
- Even in difficult situations, you manage to motivate and support your team
- A valid driving licence class B completes your profile
