Senior Microsoft 365 & Azure Consultant (m/f/d)

Role:
Where others merely process tickets, as a Senior Microsoft 365 & Azure Consultant you design entire cloud landscapes. Multiple customer tenants require profound knowledge in Microsoft 365 and Azure, combined with an eye for security and stability. You move between technical depth and customer discussions, between troubleshooting and strategic planning. This position offers you a great deal of responsibility and an environment where your expertise truly matters.
Responsibilities:
You manage Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams as well as Azure IaaS environments across various customer tenants, including operation, configuration and in-depth fault analysis
You analyse security incidents including threat mitigation and reporting, and further develop Microsoft Defender as well as security and compliance solutions
You plan and implement migration projects from on-premises systems to the cloud as well as between different cloud platforms
Identity management with Entra ID, conditional access and device management with Microsoft Intune are your responsibility
You administer Windows Server, Active Directory and network infrastructures and undertake troubleshooting for current Windows client versions
Additionally, you design backup and disaster recovery strategies for Azure and Microsoft 365 and automate recurring processes with PowerShell
Qualifications:
You bring several years of practical experience in the administration of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, with a significant portion in customer-facing consulting or managed services
You have hands-on expertise with Entra ID, conditional access, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and Intune
Windows Server, Active Directory and network technology have been part of your daily work for years
You hold a certification as an Azure administrator or a comparable qualification
You are familiar with security tools and frameworks such as Microsoft Defender or standards like ISO 27001 and NIST
Furthermore, you express yourself fluently in German, are confident in English and convince through analytical thinking as well as a structured, customer-oriented working style
