Your tasks
- Ensuring the correct, complete and timely preparation and submission of regulatory reports to supervisory authorities
- Ensuring the integrity, consistency and traceability of relevant financial and risk data, identifying discrepancies and complying with high reporting standards
- Monitoring new and amended regulatory requirements, assessing their impact on reporting obligations, processes, systems and business activities, as well as coordinating and implementing necessary adjustments
- Continuous improvement of the efficiency, quality and robustness of reporting processes by optimising data workflows, controls and system support, as well as through the use of appropriate automation solutions
- Close collaboration with the Finance, Risk, Treasury, Compliance, Legal and IT departments, as well as communication with supervisory authorities, external auditors and other relevant stakeholders
- Further development and implementation of controls in regulatory reporting, ensuring complete and audit-proof documentation, and supporting internal and external audits
Your profile
- Completed studies in banking, finance, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in a similar role, ideally in the financial services sector
- Independent, communicative and team-oriented personality
- Analytical thinking, regulatory expertise and a strong attention to detail
- Good knowledge of FIRE is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills (level C2/C1)
