What you will achieve

Coaching and individual support during the duration of the PvB (Programme for Temporary Employment) for job seekers in reintegration into the primary labour market, including status assessments, target agreements and meaningful reporting
Professional support of job seekers throughout the entire application process as well as development of suitable application strategies
Active support of job seekers in creating and optimising application documents as well as in applications
Assistance in the intake process and on the interview day in updating quality processes.
Participation in projects
Deputising in the AMM team

What you bring

Basic training with EFZ and at least 3 years of experience in the field of professional integration as a coach
Degree/certificate in the social field (e.g. as a Job Coach in labour integration) or in training
Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style
Communicative personality with heart
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with referrers
Independent working style
