About the job

These are your tasks:

• Development & Programming: You plan, build and programme new PLC controls as well as complete systems according to the latest standards
• Commissioning & Support: You take over on-site commissioning, analyse faults purposefully and resolve them efficiently
• Optimisation: You think proactively and develop improvement suggestions for production safety, efficiency and ecology
• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: You create comprehensive technical documentation and train internal teams as well as customers when required

What we expect from you:

• Education: Successfully completed technical basic training (EFZ) as well as further training to Technician HF/FH or comparable qualification
• Experience: 2–5 years of practice in the mechanical engineering or automation industry
• Expertise:

- Confident PLC programming in structured text (ST/SCL) as well as KOP/FOP

- Sound knowledge in electrical planning with EPLAN

- Knowledge in the field of drive technology is a great plus

• Languages: Good English skills in spoken and written form are mandatory
• Soft Skills: You work independently, are solution-oriented and communicate with customers and colleagues on an equal footing
