TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (M/F)

Fixed-term contract - 1 year / Engineering Department

YOUR MISSION

Administrative and operational support

• Prepare and update technical datasheets as well as various project-related documents
• Ensure the follow-up of files and ongoing requests
• Enter working hours and prepare various reports and tracking tables
• Ensure archiving and updating of documentation

Coordination and communication

• Act as a link between the Engineering teams, various company departments and subcontractors
• Facilitate the flow of information and ensure follow-up of requests
• Manage telephone calls and direct various contacts

Administrative and logistical management

• Process purchase requests and ensure their follow-up
• Create delivery notes
• Organise and monitor interventions as well as supplier after-sales service
• Ensure administrative follow-up of orders and services

Project management support

• Create and maintain project technical files
• Compile accounting files
• Prepare and create invoices related to projects
• Ensure administrative follow-up of the various project stages

Your profile

• You have experience in an administrative role, ideally in a technical or industrial environment
• You are comfortable with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of technical or management tools such as a MRP system, Autodesk Vault or Inventor R24 is an asset
• You are organised, rigorous and have a sense of priorities
• You enjoy teamwork and have excellent interpersonal skills
• You are able to manage several requests simultaneously and remain effective under pressure
• Your interest in technical and industrial environments allows you to quickly understand the needs of an engineering team
