Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for a specialist for the design and execution planning of versatile and demanding building construction projects. You will develop projects from the conceptual planning stage to implementation readiness and develop technically and constructively convincing solutions. A focus lies on the creation and coordination of high-quality execution and detailed plans with ArchiCAD as well as coordination with clients, authorities, and specialist planners. The position offers a broad project environment within architecture and building construction planning and enables professional deepening in technical planning.
Responsibilities:
Handling building construction projects from design to execution planning and developing implementation-ready planning solutions
Creation and further development of project, execution, and detailed plans considering design and technical requirements
Development of constructive solutions for components, connections, material structures, and execution details
Creation, processing, and maintenance of 3D/BIM models with ArchiCAD and derivation of the required planning documents
Coordination of planning with clients, authorities, specialist planners, and other experts
Integration of specialist planning from structural engineering, building services, and other disciplines into architectural and execution planning
Ongoing review of planning documents regarding quality, completeness, coordination, and feasibility
Ensuring planning according to SIA standards, cantonal building regulations, laws, and project-specific requirements
Preparation of building permit and approval documents as well as planning support in clarifications with authorities
Conducting plan revisions and plan management as well as structured maintenance of digital project documentation
Close collaboration with architect, project manager, and site manager to ensure continuous planning through to realisation
Qualifications:
Degree as Dipl. Technician HF Building Planning/Architecture (Building Construction), Architect FH/ETH or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in design, execution, or detailed planning in Swiss building construction
Sound knowledge in technical planning, building construction, and constructive detail development
Advanced user skills in ArchiCAD, ideally complemented by experience in 3D/BIM planning
Good knowledge of relevant SIA standards, building laws, regulations, and Swiss building codes
Experience in coordination of specialist planning as well as handling planning and approval procedures
Very good German language skills spoken and written
