Your tasks include:

Independently managing all stations in the bakery
Ensuring high-quality, timely and economical production
Supporting, accompanying and promoting our employees in the protected setting during work execution
Controlling and monitoring economic efficiency
Adhering to and continuously developing our quality standards
Complying with and implementing hygiene guidelines
Willingness to work night shifts and occasionally on weekends

You bring with you:

Experience as a baker-confectioner or cook
Good expertise and quick comprehension
High social competence, empathy and the ability to maintain professional boundaries
Identification with the values of the St. Jakob Foundation
Flexibility, resilience and tolerance
Strong awareness of order and cleanliness
Very good oral and written German skills
Impeccable reputation

Working hours:

Night shift: Monday to Sunday, 22:00 – 06:00
Day shift: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 – 18:45
Occasional weekend assignments
