Your Tasks
Management Role: Together with the local school management, you are responsible for the day structure operation. You lead the day structure operation in professional, personnel, financial and organisational terms.
Professional Leadership: Together with your team, you ensure the care and support of the pupils as a complement to teaching according to educational principles. You implement the integration mandate of the public school professionally.
Personnel Management: You lead your team according to modern principles of personnel management and address conflict situations openly and solution-oriented in individual as well as group discussions. We expect a high degree of empathy and care in personnel development.
Networking Tasks (internal): You maintain active collaboration with all areas of school operations and ensure smooth cooperation with the school management, teaching and specialist staff, the kitchen team, caretaking, and the school office.
Networking Tasks (external): You maintain constructive and appreciative cooperation with parents and actively engage in parent work as well as collaboration with authorities and other specialist agencies. You continuously develop the day structure offer and contribute to school development.
Your Profile
Experience: You have solid leadership experience and are confident in a multiprofessional environment. Work experience in the migration sector is advantageous.
Personality: You possess assertiveness and consistently pursue strategic decisions.
Education: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (social pedagogy, social work, socio-culture) and additional training as a practical instructor and vocational trainer.
Language: Fluent German in spoken and written form is essential for this role. Additional languages are an advantage.

It is responsible for school operations and the educational care services outside of teaching hours.
