In our hard machining department, top quality, precise processes and efficient production are at the centre.
As Team Leader Hard Machining (m/f), you lead and coordinate your team, ensuring smooth operations as well as on-time, quality-compliant and cost-effective production.
With your technical expertise, you identify optimisation potentials, drive improvements forward and, together with adjacent departments, ensure the high quality of our production.
This way, you combine leadership and technology and make an important contribution to our precision and performance.

Your area of responsibility

• Leading and coordinating the team during shift operations as well as ensuring efficient personnel deployment and smooth workflows.
• Ensuring on-time, quality-compliant and cost-effective production in the hard machining area while adhering to specified quality standards.
• Controlling and optimising production processes, identifying bottlenecks and initiating appropriate improvement and countermeasures.
• Ensuring technical and organisational collaboration with adjacent areas such as production, PPS and quality assurance.

Your qualifications

• Completed technical basic training as a polymechanic EFZ.
• Several years of professional experience in machining, ideally in hard machining.
• Leadership experience or pronounced leadership competence.
• High quality and process understanding as well as an independent, solution-oriented and responsible working style.
