Your tasks as

Service Centre Manager (m/f/d)
As the manager of our service centre, you are responsible for leading, promoting and motivating the employees at the Widnau, Ticino and Engadin locations, with your main base in Widnau. You plan, organise, coordinate and control all activities of our service drivers and service technicians. In addition, you ensure a high level of service quality and conduct regular spot checks with our customers.

Your role with us as Service Centre Manager (m/f/d)

• Leadership and development: You lead, promote and motivate the employees of the service centre at the Widnau, Ticino and Engadin locations and ensure good communication and collaboration within the team
• Operational management: You plan, organise, coordinate and control the daily activities of the service drivers and service technicians and ensure smooth operational processes
• Quality and customer orientation: You ensure service quality, conduct regular spot checks with customers and handle customer complaints in a solution-oriented manner.
• Warehouse and materials management: You are responsible for the administration and optimisation of the warehouse, ensure order and cleanliness, and coordinate the internal ordering of required materials.
• Safety and infrastructure: You are responsible for occupational safety in the service centre and, together with the team, ensure the maintenance of infrastructure and company vehicles. You act as an important interface to the sales and customer service departments.
• Process optimisation and administration: You identify and implement measures to streamline, improve processes and quality. In addition, you participate in projects and other special tasks.

• Education & experience: You have successfully completed basic training in logistics or commercial education and bring 3–5 years of experience in a comparable position, ideally with leadership experience of at least five employees.
• Logistics knowledge: You have solid experience in logistics, especially in field service and last-mile logistics, and have good knowledge of the regional geography
• IT & administration: You have good IT skills, especially in MS Office. Knowledge of D365 is an advantage. You also bring good administrative skills
• Language skills & mobility: Very good German and Italian skills are required. English skills are an advantage. A C1 driving licence is also an advantage
• Leadership & personality: You are characterised by a high sense of responsibility, assertiveness as well as strong organisational, communication and team skills. You present yourself reliably, trustworthily and customer-oriented.
• Working style: You work independently, structured and analytically, proactively identify improvement potentials and errors and independently find suitable solutions in everyday work.
