Patient and referral management: For appointment coordination Outpatient Clinic & Radiology

Start date: immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks

• Personnel, organisational and professional management of the team of 10 people
• Hub function and first point of contact for various coordination tasks between parents, doctors and nursing staff
• Documenting and further developing processes and workflows
• Taking on delegated tasks from the department management, evaluations and reporting, PEP management
• Participation in day-to-day business

Your profile

• You have completed commercial training with further education in the hospital sector or a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of professional and leadership experience, preferably in healthcare
• In addition, you have good oral foreign language skills (E/F/I)
• You have a high degree of personal responsibility, reliability, resilience and flexibility
• You have very good knowledge of medical terminology
• You bring analytical thinking, understanding of processes and strong coordination skills
• You enjoy interdisciplinary work as well as networking medical and administrative requirements
