Regulatory Compliance Specialist 70% (m/f/d)

The Regulatory Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that LGT Group Holding AG complies with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies, as well as coordinating group-wide regulatory matters with our international companies. The tasks of this position include monitoring regulatory changes, implementing compliance frameworks, and providing professional advice to various business areas.

Your tasks:

• Monitoring and analysing new and evolving regulatory requirements (e.g. MiFID II, AML, GDPR, CRD) relevant to the global activities of LGT Group Holding AG
• Developing, implementing and maintaining internal compliance policies, procedures and controls
• Coordinating group-wide regulatory matters with our international companies
• Providing professional support for certain compliance programmes used group-wide
• Conducting regular compliance risk assessments and identifying potential areas of non-compliance
• Advising and guiding business areas on regulatory issues and their impact on business operations
• Preparing and delivering compliance training for employees at all levels
• Supporting the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and disclosures
• Collaborating with internal and external auditors as well as supervisory authorities
• Participating in projects to improve the compliance framework and compliance systems

• Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business administration or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in a regulatory compliance role within the financial services industry
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations (e.g. MiFID II, AML, GDPR, CRD) and international compliance standards
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory texts and translate them into practical business solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively convey complex compliance concepts to a diverse audience
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent German and English skills (spoken and written) are essential. Additional languages are an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
