About the job
Your new role
The position offers you a varied activity at the interface between speech therapy work in the special education and regular school contexts. Your main tasks include the assessment and therapy of children of kindergarten and school age, both individually and – if necessary – in group settings. In addition, you advise and support parents as well as school professionals and work closely with them. Another part of your work is the speech therapy support of children in the municipal special education basic level, focusing on the promotion of children with complex developmental impairments. There is the possibility to gradually increase the workload. The position can also be filled on a temporary basis.

In the Speech Therapy Service of the City of St.Gallen, a speech therapy team of 20 people works together. We support each other in our professional concerns to provide high-quality work.
